Thank you for your past support for the Healthy Opportunities Pilot. Because of the funding provided, the infrastructure was put in place and thousands of jobs were created, healthcare costs went down and people in the pilot regions are healthier, more stable and able to contribute back to our communities. 

Our farmers have stable markets, our vendors have regular orders, our small businesses are thriving AND Medicaid is saving money ($1020/participant/year-that's huge!)

Please help to ensure that funding to continue the Healthy Opportunities Program is included in the 2025-2027 budget, it's not too late to include it.
