Meals With a Mission
At Good Bowls our mission is two-fold -
First, we strive to support our local food systems by sourcing as many ingredients as we can from local North Carolina farms so that we can provide our community with nutritious and delicious meals.
Second, our goal is to provide access to these same nutritious options to all parts of North Carolina. We have a Nutrition Outreach team at Good Bowls that helps to provide Good Bowls to people and communities across the state.
With the current cuts in government and the recent interruptions in SNAP funding there is unprecedented need at our regional food pantries. We are working daily to keep the freezers stocked at these pantries. We are also collaborating with our partner non-profit The Food Equity Collaborative on campaigns to keep our neighbors fed in these challenging times.
