Good Bowls offers a wide variety of delicious carb-controlled meals. Each box of 14 frozen meals contains a mixture of meals - each one containing below 50 grams of healthy carbohydrates per serving and between 30 and 40% of calories from carbohydrates. The mixture of meals in the box varies from week to week depending on what we’re cooking in the kitchen. Note that while many of the same meals appear in different dietary kits, the recipes for the meals changes to accommodate the guidelines for each dietary recommendation.

This category is for you if your doctor or a Registered Dietitian has advised you to follow a kidney-friendly diet.

Our kidney-friendly meals are created with your specific dietary needs in mind. They are carefully prepared with controlled levels of key nutrients—including potassium, sodium, and phosphorus—to help support kidney health. They offer refined grains and lower levels of protein.

Good Bowls offers a wide variety of delicious Kidney Friendly meals. Each box of 14 frozen meals contains a mixture of meals that are designed for a dietary goal of less than 3,000mg of potassium per day, less than 1,000mg of phosphorus per day (white grains, twice boiled beans and potatoes), controlled sodium of 1,500 to 2,000 mg per day, and moderate protein . The mixture of meals in the box varies from week to week depending on what we’re cooking in the kitchen. Note that while many of the same meals appear in different dietary kits, the recipes for the meals changes to accommodate the guidelines for each dietary recommendation.
