Good Bowls offers a wide variety of delicious carb-controlled meals. Each box of 14 meals contains a mixture of the following meals - each meals containing between 35 and 45 grams of healthy carbohydrates per serving and between 35 and 45% of calories from carbohydrates. The mixture of meals in the box varies from week to week depending on what we’re cooking in the kitchen. Note that while many of the same meals appear in different dietary kits, the recipes for the meals changes to accommodate the guidelines for each dietary recommendation.
